No use of Dezign inSite's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Once the scope of the web development and / or design project has been defined and approved by both parties, any requests for additional features, design changes, or functionality that fall outside the agreed-upon scope will incur additional costs. These changes will be assessed separately and quoted based on the updated requirements
To begin work on any web design, UI/UX, or digital design project, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is required.
50% of this deposit (i.e., 25% of the total project cost) is non-refundable. This covers initial consultation, planning, and early design work.
The remaining 25% of the deposit may be refundable only if the project is canceled in writing within 5 business days of payment and before significant work has begun. Cancellations after this period or after substantial progress has been made will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
By submitting the deposit, you agree to this policy.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, but before final delivery of files, website launch, or transfer of any design assets.
If the project is delayed due to client inaction or unresponsiveness for more than 5 business days, the final balance may be invoiced early at the developer and / or designer's discretion, based on work completed.
Without prior written permission, you may not create frames around our Web Pages that alter the visual presentation of our Website.
We are not responsible for content on your website. You agree to defend us against all claims arising from your site. No links should appear that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, criminal, or infringing rights.
We reserve the right to request link removals. You agree to remove all links to our website upon request. We may amend these terms and linking policy at any time.
